Marine Loading Arm assets modified for operational availability and improved safety. All works executed on-time and on-budget – essential due strict 72-hour Shutdown duration. Project was de-risked through planning, technology application, offsite fabrication, and quality assurance testing prior to any works execution at site.

Dropped luffing wire rope recovered safely and cost- and time-efficiently.  New luffing wire rope installed, with crane inspected, tested and re-commissioned safely, and cost- and time-efficiently. Technical advisory provided regarding slew bearing rocking motion test, to achieve client requirements safely. Prioritised and risk-categorised maintenance requirements reported.

Pressure Dynamics was able to effect emergent, critical maintenance and repair works, as identified during the inspections and assessment of the LNG Loading Arms.  Engineering and Hydraulic Hose technical advisory service was sought from Pressure Dynamics personnel in Perth as required. Detailed recommendations were presented on a risk-categorised and prioritised basis.
